Welcome to the Sunelair Mobile Service website. By accessing or using this website, booking our services, or communicating with us via WhatsApp or any other channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Sunelair Mobile Service (Pty) Ltd trades as Sunelair Mobile Car Wash and operates mobile vehicle cleaning services in the Western Cape, South Africa.

2. Services

Sunelair provides mobile car wash, motorbike, mountain bike, fleet and related cleaning services. All services are delivered at a client’s chosen location, subject to availability, access to a water point, and access to electricity.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if conditions are unsafe, access is restricted, or if abusive or inappropriate behaviour is directed at our team.

3. Bookings and Communication

All bookings are handled via WhatsApp communication. A booking is only considered confirmed once acknowledged by Sunelair.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding location, vehicle type, and access requirements.

4. Pricing

All prices listed on the website are mobile convenience prices and are subject to change. The current price list is effective from 01 March 2026.
Prices are based on vehicle category and condition. Excessively dirty vehicles or special requests may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before work begins.

5. Payment

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Payment is due as agreed and must be settled promptly upon completion of the service, unless otherwise arranged.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sunelair takes every reasonable precaution when cleaning vehicles. However, we are not liable for:
• Pre existing damage, scratches, dents, paint defects, or mechanical faults
• Damage caused by faulty parts, loose accessories, or aftermarket fittings
• Damage resulting from undisclosed vehicle conditions

Clients are encouraged to notify our team of any existing damage prior to service commencement.

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and logos, is the property of Sunelair Mobile Service (Pty) Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to South African jurisdiction.
